Skills/Training:He can roof jump, fight, and he's incredibly fast. He was programed to see objects that are usually at a incredible speed. Basicly he can controll his eyes to see in slow motion.

Bio:EXP1 was created as a defensive police android. It would have replaced all the other police officers, even super heroes. Intell a corrupt scientist altered the EXP1's programing and made it do the opposite of what a police would do. He destroyed the labrotory and killed all of the scientists. He began to commit crimes within large cities. He defeated and killed superheroes. He was close to his goal. The EXP1 was designed to be in Jump city. He arrived in Jump city, ready to fight heroes.
