Vayl's underground mansion

Vayl moved his finger to the right and the camera zoomed in. the entire far wall of the surveillance room filling up with the view in from the window into the titans east common room. Vayl turned his lip up in distaste as he spotted the wolf girl Kira balancing two drinks on her head, heading for the couch. Vayl's eyes glittered as he saw the leader of titans east wavelength join her.

Vayl reclined back on the sofa. he waved his left hand to the left.

in a bare concrete room on the other side of the mansion, the unfortunate prisoners snapped to attention. there was twenty or so of them. they stood stock still as the concrete floor began to rise. the roof of their prison creaked and slid apart. sunlight streamed down onto their blinded eyes, but they could do nothing. the floor continued to rise and eventually ground to a halt at ground level. the blood puppets staggered forward and broke into a run. they easily dash through the trees surrounding the secret exit from the cell, and continued to struggle their way through the forest towards the city.

some of them felt their hearts leap in anxiety and hope as they dare to hope that Vayl's hold over their bodies will be broken as they become further and further from his reach. Vayl smirked. how wrong those slaves were.

Vayl's eye's glinted victoriously as he surveyed the damage his unwilling goons were dealing all over town. his particular favorite was still a toss up between the trapped orphans, collapsing museum or suicide bomber at the mental hospital. either way Vayl thought that this was a pretty good way for the titans team to realize there was a new villain in town. Him.

Xzuk had bagged about 11 prisoners so far.. there were so many of them...

5 tried to surround him thinking they had the upper hand... How wrong could you go? Why attack a hero? Without a gun?

Xzuk slowly lifted off the ground and made a wave of sound knocking all five of them back into walls.

"How many you got Kira!?! I just hit 16!"

Kira bounded in on Xzuk, fighting off another 5 villains.

"only 16? ha! i just hit 20!" Kira called over her shoulder, throwing two of her attackers at Xzuk's, re-knocking them into the wall.

Kira knocked the remaining three to the ground with a round house kick. then threw them one after another at the big entangled pile of baddies at the base of the wall.

she dusted her hands off and walked over to Xzuk.

"so, any idea what the hell is going on here? why'd all these guys go evil at the same time?" she asked, completely at a loss for answers.

"Well, there was either a 'prison break' ... or we've got a whole lotta fight comin our way...."

He just had the feeling that its was a cover up to something much bigger...

Vayl chuckled as he saw the wolf girl fight. she was brutal to his blood puppets. the wretches despaired as they were taken down by one of the few who may be able to help them. Vayl closed his eyes and relished in their feelings of depression.

he opened his eyes and flicked his hand to the left. the screen views of all the trapped puppets flew off to the left and a new picture came up, taking up the entire far wall of the surveillance room. it was the two titans talking. Vayl clicked his fingers and audio came on.

"Well, there was either a 'prison break' ... or we've got a whole lotta fight comin our way...." Vayl heard wavelength say and smirked.

"indeed titans you do. indeed you d." Vayl said, before waving his hand at the screen. the picture disappeared and in it's place was the bare wall. Vayl stood and stalked out of the room. he had some other affairs to attend to.

Kira stood and contemplated Xzuk's statement. the first option would make her feel better, but the second option would make more sense. plus there was the weird blood smell. it was exuding off the pile of bodies in the corner and smelt exactly the same as the smell from the museum. it wasn't that it wasn't human, more that there was just something not right.... it was as though the blood wasn't blood?

Kira pressed the palms of her hands to her eyes. resisting the urge to kill was hard enough without having to keep purposely breathing in the smell of blood! it was driving her insane! in frustration Kira whirled and roared at the sprawling of bodies. she broke off with a snarl and started to pace, twitching her head from side to side.

"why do they have to smell so fucking good!" she growled in anger, her claws flexing in and out of fists at her sides.

"Hey! Easy Kira!"

He turned to look at her. Her senses were 100 times stronger than Xzuk's... the urges must have been great...

"You're a Titan.Not a Zombie... Let's get back to the tower..."

With that, Xzuk turned and began a walk towards the tower. While walking he heard the sound of mechanics... like something was turning... to keep them in view... might be a camera...

I'll deal with it later...

Kira glanced back at the pile of unconscious bodies longingly. with a growl that morphed into a snarl she tore her glance from them and ran past Xzuk down the street. if she stopped now she wouldn't be able to help herself. she ran as fast as she could back to the tower.

Vayl had just slung his leg over the back of his motorbike when an image appeared on his visor. Vayl's lip twitched up into a smirk.

"seems like the wolf girl has some problems controlling her urges." he mused to himself. this could present many opportunities in the future. none of which would be pleasant for the girl or indeed anyone around her at the time. Vayl gunned the engine and took off towards his water side apartment in jump city. he would like to see the following events in person. they would be interesting indeed.

Vayl motioned with his finger as he approached the solid cliff that was the secret entrance to his underground mansion. the rock groaned and loudly started to creep upwards. Vayl slowed down and cruised under the 2 foot thick rising wall that was the garage entrance. he rumbled forwards and came to a smooth halt in a space between Vayl's many expensive cars.

Vayl whistled idly as he strutted past the long line up of cars towards the grand old wooden doors that were the entry into the rest of the mansion. he didn't even have to move his finger to open the doors, they opened at a mere blink. Vayl walked silently down the thick red carpeted halls towards the west wing of the mansion which was designed for guests. Vayl never brought any guests here though, he held all his events in his many various holdings in the city.

Vayl smirked as he reminisced on how he was able to control every part of this mansion. it had been difficult but worth it. over the last 4 years he had ordered in thousands of tanks of blood from slaughter houses from out of state. he arranged for the trucks to drive past the mountain his mansion is now in. as they did so he would drain all the blood out of the truck and make it seep into the soil. it was exhausting work but he would then move the blood up through the rock into the mountain. once there was enough blood in the mountain Vayl had climbed to the top and did the biggest display of his power in his life. he used the oceans worth of blood in the rock to move the mountain! he molded the inside, compressing and extending solid rock until he had a mansion that could hold thousands of people in it if Vayl so wished.

Vayl entered the west wing and quickened his step. this was the first time since the creation of the mansion early last year that he would be using alot of power. he hurried along the needlessly long corridor and far too many doors to rooms and entertainment halls to the grand staircase at the end of the hall. a calculating smile came over his face as he strode up the stairs and out onto the small landing beyond. Vayl stepped up to the single door on the ridiculously small landing in comparison to the rest of the mansion and opened it.

beyond was a long dark and empty hall, the walls, floors and ceiling were all made from bare rock. the cavern extended the entire length and breadth of the west wing which was about the size of a football field. with a smirk Vayl strode to the center of the room and prepared himself.

Vayl took several deep breaths with his eyes shut and his hands held loosely by his side then he slowly raised his arms, the palms of his hands facing the far left and right walls of the hall. his eyes snapped open as his arms reached the horizontal. he took a deep breath, held it and gritted his teeth. his eyes flashed blood red and the entire room began to shake. dust fell from the roof, followed shortly by entire stones, then rocks. Vayl cried out and twisted his arms so that his palms now faced the roof. rock exploded out from the floor and erupted up the slam into the roof. then the rock seemed to come alive. the walls rippled and smoothed themselves out, joining seamlessly with the roof.

sweat formed on Vayl's brow as he concentrated. he could tell from his control over the blood in the rocks that the cavern was ow a giant maze, the walls so close together that if the titan Kira went wolf, her massive shoulders would get stuck and she'd be trapped. not to mention the fact that the maze was impossibly dense and confusing. only Vayl could finds his way out and that was with the help of the flow of the blood in the rock.

Vayl was not finished yet building this elaborate holding pen for the wolf girl. he had left the center of the maze, incidentally the center of the room and his location, bereft of walls for the moment. that was about to change. Vayl let out his breath in a gush and quickly sucked in a new lungful. he tensed again and then flung his fingers apart, keeping his arms in the same position. instantly pillars of rock exploded from the floor in a circle around Vayl which could hold the wolf girl comfortably, and her wolf side would have enough room to pace a few steps but no more. the pillars crashed into the roof effectively forming a large cage around Vayl with not visible door. Vayl clenched his hands into fists, the room was almost done. rock exploded at several points along the pillars and joined onto the pillars beside them. now the cage looked more like an enlarged version of a rabbit hutch. Vayl concentrated and the cage rippled and became smooth. it was finished.

Vayl relaxed and let his arms fall and his head hang. he let himself recover for a few moments with panting breaths. he waited until his breathing returned to normal before he straightened back up and went to inspect his cage.

the rock bars were as thick as his torso and the spaces between them were just small enough so that the wolf girl titan wouldn't be able to climb through them in human form. Vayl smirked and ran his hand through his hair. the bars before him parted allowing him to step out. he did and the bars closed behind him. tiredly he walked into the maze and let the steady flow of the blood in the rock guide him out. he would have enough time to have a shower and get ready before the wolf girl appeared.

Kira's body walked slowly down the road, her eyes unseeing. as she neared the mountain she drew to a halt at the base of the cliff that doubled as the entrance to Vayl's garage. for the moment the wall was sealed shut and it would take far more strength than Kira had at the moment to smash through it. so instead the instructions in her blood went into standby and waited for Vayl to tell them what to do.

(i'm having serious size issues here.... feel free to god mod or whatever it is, it seems as though you've put alot of effort into this. and anyway, i think we're the only two still on this site )

Vayl was in the kitchen getting a bite to eat when he felt the wolf titan come to a stop outside the car lot. he stood up and smiled, his eyes glinting in victory.

Vayl bit into the red apple in his right hand and waved his left in the general direction of the garage. he smirked as he felt the wall grind upwards. Vayl simply clicked his fingers and the instructions in the titan's blood took control again.

Vayl took another bite of the apple and moved to the surveillance room to watch the girl's progress.

Kira's body stepped forward as the wall moved upwards into the mountain. if Kira was actually in control and aware of what was happening she might of been amazed, but as it was she was otherwise occupied.

Kira staggered to her feet, her entire body hurting and bleeding. opposite her the wolf did the same, but much less injured. the two took a moment to regain their breath, settling with death stares. the peace didn't last long though. the wolf moved first, pacing forwards and starting to circle Kira. Kira for her part was thoroughly sick of this unfair fight. the wolf had natural weapons and she had none.

time to even things out. Kira thought then flung her hands out to the sides. long daggers that could almost be classed as short swords appeared in her hands. Kira spun them experimentally and smiled grimly. this was why she would win. in this realm she had the upper hand. she had an imagination far greater than that of the wolf. anything she could think of could happen. but the same could be said for the wolf. the wolf's unfair advantage of it's claws and strength was balanced out with Kira's unfair advantage of imagination. now the fight was even.

the wolf growled at Kira and crouched lower in preparation for a leap.

Kira took a fighting stance, her blades at the ready. another advantage of imagination, she already knew how to use the blades to the best of their ability.

there was a moment of stillness and quiet before the wolf leapt and the fighting re-commenced.

(yeah the offer is always open, it will make this plot move much faster since me and you are practically never on at the same time. btw do you live in Australia? cause your on around the same time i am, we just keep missing each other. )

Vayl flopped down on the blood red couch that was the in center of the room, incidentally the only piece of furniture in the room, and waved his hand at the far wall that he was facing.

instantly the white wall shimmered and then an image appeared. it was the view from one of the security camera's in the car lot. Vayl smirked as he saw the titan girl stagger her way across the room towards the door into the mansion. Vayl moved his hand again and the image changed so that the wall was split into many individual images from each of the security cameras en route to the titans cell. Vayl relaxed on the couch and watched with a sense of victory as the girl neared her incarceration but his gloating smirk was short lived. the various camera images on the wall were suddenly whipped away and in their place was a simple sentence in blood.

the board of directors summons you to an emergency meeting to discuss strategies to help the company survive these hard financial times.

Vayl growled as the words disappeared and the images came back. it seems he would not be able to see Kira step to her doom. note to self. get a new board of directors. kill this lot. he thought to himself, uncurling from the couch like a cat and stalking out of the surveillance room. the wall of images returned back to it's normal blank white as the door closed.

as Vayl stormed to the car lot he lay instructions in the blood flowing through the walls. let Kira into her cage, shut the bars behind her and make sure she doesn't escape.

Vayl's eye's glowed furiously as he shot out of the car lot in his Lamborghini Gallardo. oh yes. he would make those foolish directors pay!

Kira's body had made it's way through the mansion and the maze and now stood outside the bars for it's soon to be cage. the stone rippled and moved apart so that she could squeeze through. the rock bars closed behind her and became so smooth it was as though they were formed that way. Kira's body stepped into the middle of the cage then sat down cross legged on the floor, staring unseeingly at the exit into the maze.

Kira cried out and leaped into the air, swinging the blades madly. the wolf snarled and lashed out with its deadly claws. Kira landed and the two locked into a fast and close furious battle. sparks flew everywhere, bring light into the darkness. now that Kira was using her blades the wolf was just as injured as she was and both of them were almost completely exhausted despite the fact that they would still be locked in battle for another 3 days or more due to the effects of the dart. Kira had tried to reason with the wolf during the battle but still she had not come to any conclusion as to why the wolf was acting this way. it was a mystery to be solved at another time though, for now Kira had to focus on beating the wolf.
