Health Bar and Dice

the health bar is a new system that allows members to act out real battles woth real outcomes. for intance, say you battle a villan and he hits you. you will lose health. if you hit him, he losses health.

now the dice feature is how we figure out how attacks outcome you or him. dice will roll a certain number.
this will show one of the following effects:

1. health lost by an attack
   
2. health gained by cure spell, ability, item ect.
   
3. health gained by item
   
4. health lost by item
   
5. posion effects

if your health reaches ZERO you must return to the Med Bay. you will get your health back, but it will cost you 10 coin and all your current EXP as well as a Status Level.

Example of game:
your health is 10/100
enemy health is 5/100

more dice will be created l8r in the game. you can use different level dice pending on your curreent level.
