All over the city posters are everywhere with pictures of government buildings with crosshairs on them. Hosting the slogan, "above peace, over law," and "Some things are more important than justice." With tags at the bottom with the name Alistair in large print.
Local street gangs attempt to take credit by writing their gangs name on the posters.
